My Grandma past away.

It's a pity to hear this news. My grandmother past away last morning.
there is only one thing that make us feel better, she past without pain.
many years ago, my grandpa went away at the same situation that happened while sleeping one night.
not due to illness, no pain. it's really a "peace."
I alway consider it the best way for human beings to choose.. if we can choose.
I'm so admire her in deep, and I would be very very happy to past with this way if I were her.

next Tuesday there will be a ceremony for grandma and 1/26 will be a bury in Peidow.
series of ceremony will last for a month.

by the way, I still have to work today. That's so embrass to me because i need to become a stamina and vigorous consultant in front of customers. So strange.
however i still make it and did it well.
I think I'm really a good self emotion controller.

2006 X'mas Party

The third year of Xmas Party is going to setup~
From my child life, in fact it is student life, I usually felt lonely to stay at holiday especially in special ones such as lover's day, christmas day, etc. Hence, for the purpose to make all of my friends to avoid lonesome and bad feeling, I hold a party on the day.
well, on the other hand, I enjoy this kind of activity to make wine, to prepare snacks, and play my musics at my feast. that's some kind of satisfication for me.
in the past, friends who joined my party always had a happy day and tell me about their willing to participate next time, though actually it was just an emotion in that second, I really love this kind of response and praise.
So, I keep up with this activity year by year.
this is the thid year of my x mas party. Wish all have a great and funny time at the night!

Travel in Korea (9/9~9/12)

our department held an employee travelling in these 4 days.
unluckily, most of us choose to go to Korea but not southeast Asia... it's ok, i can still have a fun in it..
however the truth is not as well as i thought. we met a bad tour guide!
really bad! the worst one we ever seen.

1. he was always drunk! fill with alcholic smell on his body and mouth.
2. he never give us a good/practical comment .
3. he didn't take care of us while in boarding.

in addition to this, I felt that we spent too much time on bus.
in order to comply with tour agency and goverment stores there. we visit many place of shopping. well.. they won, some of us bought expensive gen-son from them.

forget it.

Carefree, Buddha Hospital in Dalin

Impressive , touching, and unselfish service, that's only feeling you can described as if you ever stayed there for a couple days.

Mother had already been there for 4 days due to tumors. neigher my brother and i can not take care of her everyday since it is really to far away us, and besides, we have to work.
however in these days, we found there were always volunteers from Buddhism around everywhere in taiwan come to help patients and give them consolation, encouragement, and bless sincerely. So kindly they are.
comparing to other hospitals, people can own more peaceful environment and better treatment as a patient. that really helps a lot to patients, especially when their family can not be their side everyday. no smell of enterprise, no temple of hurry, it is a carefree recuperate place.
thus, it reduces a little of worry from us.

only one thing that troubled me: it has no internet for me to receive emails....even outside the hospital. really a pity, for such a free worker as me.

OH!, so UBC is what a great business!

finally I know its background after a whole day researching.

Union Bank of Switzerland, which owns numerous finincial service such as wealth managment, investment banking & securities management, and asset management service, etc, hired over 70,000 employees over 32 countries around the world. it's a leading global enterprise.
There also have a branch office in Taipei, located in 7, shon-san road, responsible for equitis, securities, and other financial consulting business.

I learnd so many specialized word within this work and realized that there are always something I never heard and used, waiting for our disclosure. you spend more time and effort on it, you learn more.
example:
hedge fund: it is a historical error to use the word "hedge" because it does not have the risk-off function when operating, contrarily, it is benifit-oriented and much risky.
in Chinese, it is named 對沖基金, or 避險基金, it's really interesting.

example2:
asset-back securities:資產基礎證券, or 資產擔保證券....well, actually i don't know how to explain it in english so far.. :p.

還願獎學金

不知道「還願獎學金」的英文要怎麼寫比較對.?
incentive fund of dream ?

今天看email(每週的清華新聞），看到今年開始有新的獎學金發放受理，只要是清華的學生，不限次數，不限定金額，也不要求特定優異成績，無條件的提供清寒學生申請。只註明：希望將來學業有成，可以用還願的心態，依自身能力回饋給學校。

看完很感動
it's really a compassionate kindness.
wish it will encourage more and more students to be positive and active.

What we can see in CNN News :
global news, like lives of Iran, civil war in Syria, UN wars against Iraq, disaster in south Asia...
new science found, such as stem-cell research, pluto & solar system...

What we can see in Taiwan News :
domestic political battle, protest, fighting.
private news of politician, stars, even non-famous people only because it's "news".
advetising news.
news except healthy and postive...

such a developing "country"!

I found it could be a serious pain inside me!

Boring.
but i can't be interested from any of advertisement on internet,
because i know it's not real!
To realize more, to fell bored more...

commercial, virtual, unattachable, ... all this thought went around in my brain. kill all of my innocent spirit at a time.

i can help others to solve their problems. i can provide many kinds of solution to them but i can not help myself against this problem,..

so painful.
it's one of consultant's challenge?
